i just change my stage 3 clutch and fidanza flywheel, but when i put 1 gear it shakes, my mechanic says that is caused by the cluth because its stage 3, he told me that i have to buy stage 1.

Stage3 clutches are not recommended for street use precisely because of this. It is called chatter. If you happen to have a concentric-mounted slave cyinder, chatter will wear it out pretty fast, so be carefull.
