is difficult to learn the guitar and piano at the same time?
im 14, I know I should have started earlier, but I just started yesterday. im learning guitar and piano. Is it difficult to be played at the same time?
One negative that some say is because for the guitar uses the fingertips to hold the strings at the same time to the piano using the fingertips. (A lack of a better expression.) These are two totally different finger areas. Another negative is known that piano finger numbers 1-5, while the guitar's finger numbers 1-4. This can be confusing for a beginner. However, another known negative is the position wrist and fingers accordingly styles are totally different. Even if you plan to use a photo of the guitar, which still have this problem, which clashes with the style finger piano. A bonus is that the piano you need to learn both bass and treble for the guitar that only needs the triple. This can be an advantage if you are planning to learn under, and include music reading much easier. However, if you want to use TAB, not knowing that with the piano. Another advantage is that the structure of chords piano and guitar is the same, so you understand music theory, chords, and how they work for both instruments faster than if we learn together. I've known guitarists who can not play the piano at all, and pianists who can not play guitar at all. I've also known people who can play both. I think everything is how you as a musician and you have been taught. If both instruments are taught correctly (by a teacher trained in at least initially), while do not see why there would be a problem because it would not develop bad habits that stop you, or to develop a finger or hand position of an instrument that you can stop playing the other. I see no reason why he could not learn much, there are pros and cons, but if you decide to learn so please a teacher who is trained to start both instruments as the finger or wrist posture and technique between the two instruments can cause physical injuries such as RSI if you develop bad technique. All the best. XOX
